The building is a total of 150,000 square-feet and the design features four identical wings connected to a central core structure. This core structure has communal use spaces as well as four oversized 1,500 square-feet apartment units on the upper floors. The communal spaces include a fitness center, conference room, library, restrooms and sitting areas.
