Isn’t it exciting when a building comes back to life? We find it especially exciting when its revival is as significant as this one – it’s the evolution of the former Yonder Farms property into its newest form: Broken Loop Brewing Co.

From Broken Loop: "We're proud to be located in Colonie, in the former home of Yonder Farms—a place with deep roots in the community. We looked at countless locations, but when we learned of the possibility here, we knew it was the one. We're honored to try to give the property a second life and for it to return to being a local place of gathering."

This project was a Colonie Chamber of Commerce Beautification Awards nominee in 2026!
