The New York State Office of General Services main warehouse was built by Luizzi Companies and completed in 2025. This approximately 6 million cubic foot warehouse is designed for efficiency as it consolidates 4 existing warehouses into one centralized space with a range of measures and materials to help reduce its carbon footprint including: ENERGY STAR-certified mechanicals, LED lighting on occupancy sensors, and a well-insulated building exterior.
