Our office is fully computerized, using the latest BIM software, budgeting, cost estimating, specification preparation, and code research.
DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
We at Cotler Architecture have a strong belief in getting a clear vision from our clients prior the start of their projects. Members of the building design team meet with clients to determine their requirements, time constraints and budget. Pre-design discussions about the look and function of projects allows for a solid foundation and a smooth process that leaves all parties at ease.
Once a direction has been set, we provide clients with various interpretations. By providing the client with options, we can focus on what they want. We have found it important to analyze all avenues before settling on a specific scheme. We achieve customer satisfaction by working very closely with clients.
