Description:
The project involved reconfiguring an existing Super 8 Motel into a Comfort Inn & Suites, and adding a 24-guestroom addition. The design called for integrating a new lobby into the existing hotel portion, and adding a new three-story addition that would feature a new elevator and indoor pool.
Cotler Architecture provided full architectural design, construction documentation and construction administration.
